You are Welcome to Join Us!

We gather for worship services on Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. and Sundays at 9:00 a.m.
We are glad that you are considering worshiping with us! We welcome you to join us as we gather in reverence for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ to receive the gifts of God as He delivers them in Word and Sacrament in the Divine Service. We can confidently say that the blessing of finding this congregation is a rich reward for the potential stress of a first-time visit.

What to Expect in Our Worship Gatherings?

We want to do our part to encourage you. So, here is what to expect:

  • Come as you are! We have no dress code. You will see a few in suits, some dressed business casual, while most worshipping here wear modest casual attire.
  • We have a paved parking lot with accessible spaces and facilities, and if you need to drop off someone at the door, please feel free to do so.
  • Our ushers will greet you at the entrance of our church and provide you with a printed worship folder detailing the order of service. If you have any questions, the ushers will happily answer them or find someone who can.
  • In the pews, you will find the Lutheran Service Book hymnal and a detailed explanation of the elements of our Order of Worship. Bibles are available for your use in the sanctuary if you do not bring your own - the ushers can provide a copy to you. Singing is accompanied by piano, pipe organ, or our choir. Note: our Saturday evening services are live-streamed on Facebook.
  • The gifts we give to the Lord are in response to and in gratitude for the blessings God bestows upon us. You should not feel compelled to participate in the Offering. Should you desire to do so and also to receive acknowledgement for your records, offering envelopes are provided in the pews.
  • We welcome and appreciate your visit. Our intent is to greet you warmly and to be readily available to facilitate a stress-free worship experience yet give you plenty of space to enjoy your time with us. You should expect Pastor Garland to warmly greet you before or after the worship service. Please let him know that you are visiting our congregation and if you desire to receive the Lord's Supper with us.
  • We will do our best to give you a message from God’s Word that assures you of God's promises and the hope and joy of eternal, and provides strength and direction for the week ahead!
